Dornbirn/Bludenz/Egg/Feldkirch. Am Samstag trafen sich die jungen Kletterprofis zum diesjährigen Saisonfinale in der Kletterhalle K1 in Dornbirn. Das alljährliche Nikoloklettern ist gleichzeitig auch das große Finale der Rheintalcup-Serie 2013.Letzten Samstag traf sich die Nachwuchs-Kletterelite zum Saisonabschluss in Dornbirn. Jungkletterer aus der Schweiz, Bayern, Tirol und natürlich Vorarlberg traten im Wettkampf gegeneinander an. Das alljährliche Nikoloklettern findet traditionell in der K1 Kletterhalle statt und ist zugleich der letzte von insgesamt vier Bewerben in der Rheintalcup-Serie. Damit stehen nun auch die Gesamtsieger des Cups fest und das ist in der Gruppe der U16 kein Geringerer als der Dornbirner Laurin Meusburger. Die Favoritin Lena Engster erklettert den sehr guten zweiten Platz nicht nur beim Nikoloklettern, sondern auch in der Gesamtwertung des Rheintal-Cups. Ebenfalls wieder vorne mit dabei sind Hannah Düringer mit dem dritten Rang beim Nikoloklettern und auch Johannes Hofherr, der den ersten Platz beim Nikoloklettern und den zweiten Rang in der Gesamtwertung erreichte.
Auch die kleinsten Nachwuchstalente in der Gruppe U8 sind ganz vorne mit dabei. Linus Baur, Elijah Konzett und Janik Loibnegger belegen zusammen den ersten Platz beim diesjährigen Nikoloklettern.
